Mein liebes Jungell!!!!! Heute die gute Nachricht, dass Vi.s und mein Gesuch in England genehmigt ist. Wir haben also jetzt hier fertig abzuwickeln und können Visum erhalten. Hoffentlich klappt es bald auch für Vater in England dass wir alles gleichzeitig machen können. Viktor ist gerade ein paar Tage verreist, kommt aber heute wohl schon heim. Ich rechne jetzt noch mit cca 8 Wochen anstrengender Arbeit, aber genaues kann man nicht sagen. Die grosse Sorge ist, was aus Tante Vally werden wird, hauptsächlich wegen der Wohnungsfrage. Hoffentlich bist Du munter und mit Deinem Zimmer und Verköstigung zufrieden. Vater schreibt nächstens. Die Kinder schreiben vergnügt.

Dear Lad!!!!!
We received good news today that Viktor’s and my application in England has been approved. Now we just have to finish processing everything here and we can obtain a visa. Hopefully, it will work out soon for father in England so that we can do everything at the same time. Viktor has been away for a few days but will probably come home today. I estimate it will take about eight weeks of hard work, but I can't say for sure. The main concern is what will become of Aunt Vally, mainly because of the housing situation. Hopefully you are happy and satisfied with your accommodation and meals. Father will write soon. The children write cheerfully.
