Unsern letztwöchentlichen Brief, mit dem wir Ihnen den Empfang der 3 Pakete vom 5. Dezember bestätigten, haben Sie hoffentlich erhalten. Nun sind gestern, wie erwartet, auch die beiden Pakete vom 14. November ausgeliefert worden, und wir wiederholen daher, nachdem alle 5 avisierten Sendungen gut eingetroffen sind, unsern innigsten Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Mühe. Es wird Sie vielleicht interessieren, dass jedes Paket zwischen Fr. 15 – & 25. – Zoll kostete, wohl deshalb, weil sie nicht als Rote Kreuz Sendungen anerkannt wurden,

Dear Dr. Fuchs,
Hopefully, you have received our letter from last week, in which we confirmed receiving 3 packages from December 5th. As expected, the two packages from November 14th were also delivered yesterday. Hence, after all 5 shipments have arrived safely, we would like to once again express our sincere thanks for your kindness and efforts. You would perhaps be interested to know that the customs fee for each package costs between 15 and 25 francs, most likely because they were not recognized as Red Cross shipments,
