Postcard recto advertises the care of war orphans. Verso includes a thank you note from Adolf Windaus (1876-1959) to Georg Bredig (1868-1944). Windaus received the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 1928 for his research on sterols and their relationship with vitamins.
