Selfhelp of Emigres from Central Europe, Inc. was founded in 1936 by German Jews in New York to support new immigrants fleeing persecution in Nazi-occupied Europe. This pamphlet reports the foundation's work in 1940 and 1941 including a description of service abroad and appendices listing the foundation's assets, liabilities, receipts, and disbursements.
