A membership application form to join and provide a donation to the Selfhelp of Emigres from Central Europe, Inc. Founded in 1936 by German Jews in New York, the organization's mission is to support new immigrants fleeing persecution in Nazi-occupied Europe. Today the organization is known as Selfhelp Community Services.
