Lieber Max!

Dear Max,
Thank you for the postcard that finally arrived. Walter, who is always a generous donor, mentioned that he would like to obtain an affidavit for your father. He has already issued four affidavits himself, including one for four people (although he did it together with Erich). Nevertheless, he is still willing to do this for your father or someone else if needed. Please respond promptly if it is still necessary. Just in case, we now have a telephone number as of today, which is F. 9861.
Warm regards and best wishes,
Lore Marx
