Beckman Bits was produced to highlight the Beckman Instruments Systems Division's aerospace equipment and projects. In addition to project summaries, it contains photographs and original artwork depicting spacecraft and astronauts. This brochure describes the development of potentiometers, gas chromatographs, pH meters, analog computers, and other equipment used to monitor air and spacecraft telemetry as well as astronaut vital signs. Beckman Instruments worked with many different aerospace companies and organizations on these projects, including Bell Aerospace Textron, Aerojet-General, North American Aviation, Grumman Aircraft Engineering, Lear Siegler, and Langley Research Center.
