Lieber Max!
Dein Vater

Dear Max,
I sent you the rest of my “Opera Omnia” IV-VII in 3 volumes and the ninth volume of “Akema” (Frankfurt 37) as an insured parcel. This yearbook is at least very useful for expanding and updating your knowledge of materials and technical and scientific apparatuses. If you would like, I can also send you the volumes from past years. Don't throw them away and send them back if you don't need them. Hopefully you’re doing well. We are fine too.
Best wishes from me and Marianne,
Father
