The Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) program recognizes ten Americans between the ages of 18 and 40 who "exemplify the best attributes of the nation's young people." In 1985, the program became known as the Ten Outstanding Young Americans (TOYA) program. The TOYA program is sponsored by the United States Junior Chamber.
