Lieber Max,
Dein Hans

Dear Max,
As agreed, you will pick up the copy of the proof of income from Mr. Abel Cary Thomas, which was requested by the President's Advisory Committee, tomorrow afternoon at Friedman, Bareford & Hazen, 11 W 42, and send it to the committee at 122 East 22nd Street (ask for Ms. Johnson).
Regarding the enclosed telegram, ask them what they intend to do. There is no doubt that Reis will now want to take advantage of the existing immigration opportunities directly in Marseille. Therefore, you must insist that the P.A.C either give or send the requested photocopies or promise to IMMEDIATELY forward the case to Washington to convey to the consul in Marseille.
Many thanks for your efforts.
Yours,
Hans
