A short story written by Fannie Ferber Fox. Written from the perspective of an immigrant and his family, the tale encapsulates feelings of insecurity experienced by immigrants in a new country. Without proper clothing, these feelings are amplified, and the immigrants feel ostracized from society. The story ends with a call for clothing donations to Selfhelp of Emigres from Central Europe, Inc.
