The postcard features the Handel House, a historic building where George Frideric Handel (1685-759) was born.
Lippmann was a German chemist, natural science historian, and professor. He Studied at ETH Zurich and Heidelberg University. Lippmann ran several sugar refineries and, in 1904, he founded the Berlin Sugar Museum. Like Bredig, Lippmann was stripped of his ability to teach under the Hitler regime because of his Jewish heritage.

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for kindly sending the parcel. Its content shows that while his joke is possible, faux paus are merely stylish.
Best regards.
Sincerely,
