Top and perspective views of a graphic representation of the periodic table of chemical elements in the style of a helix with three sizes of revolutions. This table was originated by Henry Bassett in 1892 and classified by chemist Edward G. Mazurs as Type IA3-1 in his seminal work Types of Graphic Representation of the Periodic System of Chemical Elements (1957). This illustration appears as Figure 34 on page 112 of Mazurs' 1957 publication.
