Finger (1924-), Manager of the Space Nuclear Propulsion Office, Glenn Seaborg (1912-1999), and President John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) in front of the Nuclear Rocket Development Station. First known as the Nevada Proving Grounds, the NTS was established for the testing of nuclear devices.
