Lieber Max!
Juni mittags in Deinen Händen!

Dear Max,
The package with 3 (green) volumes (IV-VI)* (with a value of 300 Reichsmarks) was taken to Post Office I by Marianne on June 1 between 5-6pm. The receipt is numbered 2255. Hopefully you will receive it by midday on June 7th! If not, please let me know immediately so that I can complain here. However, I would also like a positive confirmation of its arrival soon.
Warm regards,
Father
*and 1 volume of “Acherna” from 1937.

Taking all the effort and mostly irreplaceable volumes into consideration, it would be a terrible shame.
