Thank you from Alwin Mittasch (1869-1953) to Georg Bredig (1868-1944). The postcard features a photograph of Wisrensch Central Laboratory in the Oppau district in Ludwigshafen, Germany.

Mittasch was a German chemist, known for his research in the development of catalysts for the industrial ammonia synthesis using the Haber–Bosch process. Like Bredig, his doctoral advisor was Wilhelm Ostwald (1853-1932).
