Lieber Dr. Bredig,
erst gestern habe ich von dem Tode Ihres Herrn Vater erfahren u. ich sende Ihnen mein herzliches Beileid. Ich hoffe, Sie vergessen in dem Schmerz um den Verlust nicht, dass die letzten Lebensjahre Ihres Vaters im Vergleich zu denen vieler anderer Eltern unserer Generation als besonders friedlich u. glücklich angesehen werden können.
