Contract for the appointment of Henry McBay (1914-1995) as a chemistry professor at Liberia College, Monrovia, Liberia. In 1951, McBay developed a chemistry education program in Liberia on behalf of the United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
